Stephen was a great host, very helpful & accommodating. It was great to be picked up from the airport.
Room was clean & there was plenty of tea & coffee & milk in the fridge. Breakfast in the garden room was great & there was plenty of lovely food to choose from, plus a home cooked breakfast.
Would highly recommend staying here.

We booked this place online as somewhere to base ourselves to explore Addo and surrounding area and the pictures don’t do it justice. From the moment we drove up the lemon grove drive I knew I’d made a good choice. An oasis of calm after a hectic drive down the garden route, two ponds frame your entrance whilst weaver bird nests hang from surrounding trees. A beautiful setting near the Sundays River where the reception and restaurant look out to the welcoming swimming pool. The staff are so...

A romantic two night stay at the start of our Garden Route drive from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town. The view was amazing, the property, host, sunsets and breakfasts were fabulous and we slept very well in the large bed. We also watched dolphins pass by which made the trip even more special.

We booked this hotel in very short order and were not disappointed. Once inside the gate it is an oasis of greenery and calm. It's quite a transition from wide open non-descript street to find yourself parking by huge rubber plants and beautiful established gardens. The house is incredible and super comfortable - our room was perfect and very big!
From the host through to the staff we met this is a friendly, professional and kind establishment.. we loved it and would have no issue whatsoever in...

Lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Addo. Rooms are huge and the bathroom is lovely, especially the outdoor shower. Only downside is there is no door so the light comes in as soon as the sun rises.
10-15 min drive to Addo, not much in the local area.
Breakfast was good, buffet selection and eggs cooked to order. Nice pool with towels and sunscreen provided which was a nice touch.
