"Not bad not great. The place needs some upkeep, but they trying.
You can tell at one time this was a very nice place, but that was a time ago. The beach is nice and the AC worked for the most part.
There is limited dining close by. And we did see a couple cockroaches in the place. One was huge.
For what we were doing on vacation I think I would have been happier staying at the Marriott in KK for MYR 20 less a night. "

"The property needs an update - the carpet and rooms are all very tired and so are the bathrooms I would not book this again this was only booked due to proximity of the airport - they offered a shuttle to the hotel but the driver came late and we had get a taxi to the hotel"

"The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you. "

"My son and I spent 3 days and 2 nights there, and we tried each of the restaurants. The food was great, and the swimming pools were very nice. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy — a game room, a VR room, and even a small cinema. We also booked some water activities with Star Marine. We definitely plan to come back again."
