We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Close to Shijuku Station

Extremely comfortable, quiet and well equipped rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Would highly recommend the Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya

Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.

Great hotel for families.

Our room was large by Japanese standards, hotel breakfast was very good and fantastic location. We loved our stay here

Excellent service , great check in , receptionist spoke English and was very friendly and helpful , loved our room , very clean ! Amazing location ! Would recommend.

We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. This is an excellent hotel.

Excellent transport links to anywhere in Tokyo, lovely walk by Sumida River to all the local parks, temples , restaurants and shops. Staff were sp courteous, polite and very helpful. Also really enjoyed the shared lounge space.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Cleaning was scheduled using your TV which enabled you to request no cleaning/ eco cleaning and a full clean of your room, all of which could be requested up to 9am the same day, which is a fantastic service. Slept really well and had an amazing...

We stayed in a junior suite as we were a family of 3 - I can highly recommend this option as we had a huge room on the 20th floor (2023) with fabulous views of the Tokyo tower and skyline, two king size beds and a single, plus a living room / dining area and small kitchen space. The room came with a free minibar, restocked at every room clean or turn down, as well as access to a club lounge (think business class lounge) with free food and drink throughout the day. Breakfast was either in your...

The hotel was located in a really good spot right next to the station and the staff were very friendly! The rooms were maintained very well and the housekeeping was done well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Yokohama. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of choices and high-quality food. The location is convenient for exploring Yokohama, and the hotel provides a perfect balance of...

Absolutely brilliant stay in Tokyo - the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Not very touristy, and sitting in Shiba Park on an evening is a great way to wind down a day. The rest of Tokyo is easily accessible with nearby Metro Stops and further access through Hamamatsucho Station. Cannot reccomend enough!

Near terminals and with frequent free bus transfer was best feature. Staff very helpful. Bar was good and Breakfast good.

All was good and extremely central location.
