"My experience with the staff is excellent. They know their job and they are very friendly. So generally, my experience with the staff from the reception to the breakfast, gym etc was excellent. The only bad experience was the noise I experienced the first night, Saturday the 17th. There was a live band that played till a few minutes after 11pm and they stopped the live band but continued with other music until I called for my room to be changed that night but there was no room available. Nice place
"The hotel is showing its age. The service here is great and I would definitely stay here again. The food service in the lobby restaurant takes too long for a quick lunch in between meetings. Not sure why it takes so long. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice size desk to work at. The bathrooms at least my room did not have any hooks for hanging things and no counter space. "
