Then early the next morning they called again and rang the room bell repeatedly to ask me to answer. The manager said he would give us a one-night present as an apology, but that was a lie.

I was on a work trip for 11 days . I thought I had booked a bigger room. When I asked about it. A day later I was upgraded to a suite. Great staff and wonderful stay. Mall is close to the hotel. I did not care for the gym. Will return. Thank you!!
