"Very nice small place. The rooms are good size, beds are good, bath is good. The only property amenity is an excellent semi-outdoor bar, with tables under umbrellas. You can watch a game and have a drink. It's well-stocked. The only downsides are the local area is not so great and is pretty noisy I'm sorry to say. The staff were wonderful though and the breakfast is huge and delicious."

"This is a very poor Hotel like very similar to a Motel 6 but charging like a Marriott in Central New York? This should be prohibited!!!"

"Customer service was excellent. Small pest problem in room that was handled immediately. Staff went above and beyond to care to our needs. Very beautiful view. Bed was old. Wifi not very strong. "

"Worst experience I have ever had. It was a nigthclub with extremely loud music. Some of the staff were drunk and the room did not look at all like the pictures of the site. Don't book your room here!"

"I had a wonderful 2 nights at this property. The grounds are especially nice as they are like the hotel name describes -Gardens where there are multiple choices to relax. The staff is especially amazing and always available to assist and made my stay so comfortable. I especially want to thank Hillary, Lillian, Sara, Oliver and Sylvia for going out of their way for me.
