"If you like space, you'll love these big rooms! We were picking up supplies for our village school and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to assist us. Even storing some small furniture and boxes for us until our truck arrived. They were really great."

"I liked the location , the service and the staff attitude towards guest was kind, courteous and pleasant. Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure."

"the hotel is in need of an update. the grounds were beautiful. There was food left in the fridge from the last guest and it was moldy. The tv didnt work and it took 3 different sets to get one that worked but the choice of stations was small and not appropiate for english speaking guests. It was highly overpriced. A two star hotel at best."
