"Staff is very cordial. Place is very clean. The restaurant should be open a little longer as there are no restaurants near by. Checked in at 7:45 pm and the restaurant closed at 8 pm. "

Had breakfast at the main hotel (buffet) and it was great! It’s only a stop or 2 (train) from HANEDA — but the main hotel has a shuttle which seems very popular based on the line. "I love everything about this hotel. Very clean, the check in and check out were very quick, everything was done through a machine and the staff was ready to help me. I stayed over a night only just for my layover at the Haneda Airport going back to the US but it was a fantastic stay after traveling for a month! At first, i thought this hotel is located inside the terminal 3 through the international connection but luckily I got a notice from the hotel saying that it is outside at the departure side of the airport. I had to go through the immigration check but it was easy to find. "
