The apartment was excellent! Really high standard. Gianluca and Roberto were amazing hosts who could not do enough for you. I would definitely stay again

Staff are very welcoming and friendly; cannot do enough for you. Lovely suite and Lounge area too.

I booked this hotel because it looked good value. I was very impressed with everything about it when I got there. Very large, beautiful bedroom and bathroom the place is full of character and the team are really attentive and friendly. Will not look elsewhere next time I’m back

A fabulous place to stay right in the centre of town. Filippo was a great host and made sure everything was right for us during our 2 night stay. Highly recommended! We got a from the airport but got the train back which was inexpensive but slightly longer than the taxi! The property was an easy flat, pedestrianised walk away - around 20 mins.

Veronica made all so easy, she's a star

Lovely small hotel in a great location by the Porta NUOVA gate. Very clean and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff. Recommended.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Our room looked out over the water and marina with Palermo in the background. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy your breakfast in the morning.

From when we arrived until when we left, the staff were truly outstanding. As an example, we needed tickets to an event, and a member of staff escorted my wife and I as to where we could buy the tickets. Fabulous customer service! Recommendations on where to eat, places to go, nothing was too much for Wim, concierge Nicola, and the other staff to help us with. Bravo Team Wagner! Forza Rosanero!

Beautiful apartment, room and bathroom with a host of well thought through facilities. Extremely comfortable bed which was ideal after a full day of walking and spending the day sightseeing. Great location just outside the main centre but a short bus ride in or a nice walk getting to know the city. Location is also easy to get to from airport on the train. The host is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about ensuring you have a good stay. She was available for any...

A boutique hotel in a converted villa. Many amazing period features and our room was large and spacious. Restaurant serves excellent evening meals and is good value. Spa allows for exclusive use of the pool, steam room etc was is very relaxing. The villa is located around 5km from the beach and Palermo and requires transport to get to either location. Overall if you want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful 17th century villa then this is the place for you.

Grand hotel with marble floors and high ceilings impressive, superb breakfast and great location for shopping and getting the hop on hop off bus for sightseeing. A half hour walk to the bus and train station and it wasn't possible to access the port or see the sea.

This is a lovely hotel, just outside palmero. We had 100 plus room hotel to just 4 people! A first for me, once through the gates, quick check and straight out to the pool with fantastic views of the valley and hills around the hotel. Room was good, bed comfy, bathroom could do with a makeover, although shower was excellent. We eat dinner at the hotel, no menu, no prices but excellent local food, drinks old fashioned measures and great wine! Quiet relaxed night…… breakfast was...
