Clean property but need to take better care of the serving tray inside the room and also the amenities kept in the room. Overall a good property and helpful staff who proactively came to my room when the landline was not working properly…

Good choice if you want to stay a little away from the crowed city noices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and lovely. Food is also fine. Enjoyed our family outing here.

Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.

Casa De Bello Cafe & Resorts is a wonderful place to stay. The location is peaceful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the views are beautiful.
The food was genuinely delicious, and the staff made the experience even better with their warm and attentive service. It feels like a perfect mix of comfort and homely hospitality. I had a great stay and would happily return.

I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. Thanks to the hotel staff and management. Would really recommend it to all the people looking forward to have a vacation there. Cheers.
