"Property is at very Posh location just 200m from nainital bus stand , with a great lake view from deluxe rooms, helpful staffs provided early checkin without any fuss. Cons : there is a steep incline road to reach the hotel , may cause some issue to elderly or childerns. Overall great experience would recommend everyone."

Our room had issue that water flow from shower head , hand shower etc all were very slow and team was not able to improve it . This was the only negative .
