"We booked this hotel because it had a pool and a jacuzzi and none of those were available when we got there. Front end person said blames it on the owner. Also we are a family of 5 and had a room with two queen beds plus the sofa bed. Sofa mattress was disgusting and had metal inside the mattress. Could not sleep at all. Terrible experience. "

"They could do a lot better on environmentalism. Plastic cutlery could be bamboo, drink ware in room could be reusable instead of single use plastic, waste backs could be lined with paper bags not plastic, single use lotion could be replaced with a refillable pump dispenser, coffee pods could be replaced with something that does have a single use plastic tray that is thrown out after each cup. Decaf at the breakfast station would be nice for those of us Ruth medical issues that prevent caffeine intake. "
