"Customer service was above and beyond outstanding. Sherry, Ashley, and Brandy were extremely kind and helpful in every way and made our stay the best it could be. They were so accommodating and deserve the highest praise. I suggest breakfast hours be extended until 10am, at least. The room was non-smoking but clearly a previous guest had smoked cigarettes. You could upgrade the fridge and couch. However, the hot tub with jets was an amazing luxury. The bed was very comfortable and clean as was the whole bedroom and bathroom area. The living area could’ve been a little cleaner and nicer. "

"The staff was friendly and professional, helping with directions, suggestions, etc. We brought our dog and everyone was as friendly to him as they were to us. We ate on the patio of the Arches restaurant the first night, planning to eat somewhere else the next night. It was so delicious, we went back the next night, too! We will definitely be returning! "

"Everything was as described. The suite was absolutely beautiful. My family and I stayed for a quick trip to Julian and it was so conveniently located to everything you could possibly want: food, entertainment, shopping, activities. The room itself, was clean. The beds comfy. The kitchen fully equipped. The patio really nice to just hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee while the kiddos played outside 😊. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you! "
