"Trident is always flat-out amazing in terms of service. The Oberoi group is really unmatched in India for this. The team in Hyderabad, from the laundry dept to food to check in, everyone was over-the-top amazing. Flawless. I am, however, extremely disappointed in the eco-friendliness department: had to request multiple times for glass bottles of filtered water (default was tons of plastic), Kama Ayurveda is lovely but lot of plastic--can you switch to wall-mounted refillable? Even getting filtered water at breakfast was a big ordeal. Expect much much better from Oberoi group!"
