"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. "

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "

"Opposite interstate bus station. Hotel is well kept. Reception is cautious and cooperative. Arrived early and very tired. They accommodate by allowing earlier check in time by 1 hour. Spa bath tub is big, water temperature and pressure can be regulated to suit our comfort. The roof top night scene with Taiwan snacks entertained by local folk music are present surprise. "
