"We have used this hotel several times due to its proximity to the Burlington GO so that we can attend concerts and plays in Toronto. Good value for the cost. The room was clean and the staff are always friendly. The complimentary breakfast is not as good as it has been in the past. The garbage can was overflowing and it does not appear to be staffed. Some Nutella or berries for the waffle station would be nice to have for those of us that don’t like syrup."

"The perfect spot for our family with young kids. We were able to stop in for naps, wash laundry - detergent was provided - so we could pack less, and cook meals instead of having to eat out with babies. Located a quick walk from the go station so catching the train into Toronto was super quick and easy. We ended up with a large rental vehicle so parking in the underground parkade was pretty tight but we were able to fit. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a great time!"

"Hotel view was beautiful and the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The room had a lot of things that needed to be fixed and our check in wasn't the greatest. The room wasnt ready at check in time which was completely fine and were asked to wait about 5 minutes which we were okay with. We waited nearly 15 mins and asked again as we had to leave for a specific time. (during the wait the employees were arguing it was a little uncomfortable) We asked if our room was ready the agent had no idea and we continued to wait, we were going to ask to leave our items and have them put it in our room as we were running out of time but after alot of confusion they spoke to someone who I believe was a room attendant supervisor who said the room has been ready and they called it down but we weren't informed. We would definitely stay again, the hotel is nice and the room suit our needs however im hoping the employees arent as argumentative with eachtoher as it was a bit awkward."

"I stayed for 4 nights at the Cambridge Hotel and Suite, on the third day I noticed 4 bug bites, at first I thought they were from the noseeums that were seen at the bar the day before. Unfortunately the bites multiplied quickly and by the time I returned home on the 5th night I had over 30 bites. I used the Maple app, to try to confirms what the bites were and was told that the bites were from Bed Bugs. The Hotel was overall a nice hotel, it looked clean and the staff, very friendly, they have an excellent breakfast and the bar is a convenient location to grab a beer and a meal. The bartender is excellent and has a great sense of humor."
