No water, no coffee, just waiting, while they walked around me. I had the worst pizza EVER at the bar - had to send it back. It was a mess of sodium and grease, no resemblance to pizza. The Peloton bike (main reason I stay in most hotels) wasn't either activated, nor connected to the internet - so wouldn't work. I won't be back."

"Great hotel located downtown close to all west Dallas for easy access to midtown. Breakfast is delicious and the supper is great too with wonderful room service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and made a cozy one day stay."
