"The person who checked us in was absolutely amazing! The room and hotel was very clean. The only issue we had was the breakfast worker. The hot water for oatmeal was out. I asked for more hot water. She huffed at me and said it was full. She didnt check the water. Another client trying to get oatmeal also asked for hot water. She still didn't get more water. My friend and I asked again. She huffed and then went to check the water. She put a cup under the spout and tried to get water. She realized it was indeed empty. She went to the back and heated up the water. It took several minutes for the water to be replaced. My friend also noted that the worker huffed at another client about the gravy."

"Absolutely delighted from the staff to the property and my room was excellent! My room very clean and comfortable. Fact that the room had a large refrigerator with built-in ice maker, a cooktop, dishwasher, and even a toaster ... I was just so happy. Everything was comfortable. And the staff was personable on every shift. I did have two issues. 1) The welcome message on the TV would not turn out and go dark so I had to finally just unplug the television because I like a dark room to sleep. 2) I did use a toaster for a few moments but luckily I was standing over it because it started to smoke. There was apparently a wire and something stuck in the heating elements. I was able to catch it immediately and just not toast the bread I had. I turned all that into the staff. No big deal. And everything was so walkable and the parking garage situation worked out well. I chose to use the parking garage as opposed to the paid lot next door. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Louisville."

"The hotel had great hot breakfast. Definitely no complaints there. My issues were the bedding, pillows to puffy...couldn't sleep with them...had to buy a regular pillow. The blanket in the bed was TOO heavy for summer. Would have preferred a light weight comforter, slept without it. The toilet had the wrong lid and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Had to hold it up. The pool was way too chlorinated and no hottub so didn't use. Had a difficult time get the window blinds to stay close, parking lots light very bright. The location of the hotel was by a major highway and there was zero shopping within walking distance. Plenty of fast food nearby though. If you dont mind the pool and the bedding, an ok place to stay."
