"I was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, the exterior looked rough, with boarded and cracked windows visible from the outside. There was even yellow caution tape around some of the grassy areas near the entrance, which immediately gave a poor first impression. As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso or another strong cleaner that seemed like it was being used to cover up an unpleasant odor. The front desk employee was not welcoming or helpful during check-in and made little effort to answer questions or provide assistance. The room itself was okay, but it looked nothing like the photos advertised online. We were only provided a towel, and the window shade would not close all the way, leaving very little privacy. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The guests in the room next to us were laughing loudly, talking, and playing music from around 2:00 a.m. until we left at 6:30 a.m. We got almost no sleep. When I checked out, I informed the same front desk employee about the disturbance. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, he simply responded with an “okay,” smirked, and laughed. When I mentioned that I had been unable to sleep all night, he said he would check on them, even though we were already leaving. His response felt dismissive and unprofessional. "They didn’t have a breakfast just coffee! Our room and my granddaughter s room had no electricity coming out all but 2 plugs! And my husband which was on oxygen need 4 plugs to run his oxygen equipment! Not happy with that!! We have stayed at this location several times !"

"The room was huge. But the bed was weird because it was only a mattress on a tall bed frame. The sink area was old a cracked. I couldn't find the hot water in the bath tub. Also the tub had a bath mat in it. Which also thought was gross. The water didn't drain from the tub. So I thought maybe the plug was in. Nope it was a huge clump of black hair. Discussing. Couldn't wash my hands enough."

"The front desk went clerk went beyond her pay grade to help me. She’s the best front clerk I have ever met. She helped me 3 times. She should get a raise. I hope to stay there again and have her help me again. She told me her name but I'm very bad at remembering them."

"Air conditioner was not working properly and was leaking water on the floor. Toilet ran all night. Wallpaper was pealing and the building smells like a combination of musty and bleach. Conditioner and shampoo was out in the room. Saw a few roaches in the hall and around the elevator."
