"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. "Great hotel to stay at while transiting through KL. Is a short walk from KLIA1 or there are little buggies that will take you. The hotel is clean, beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious. If you want to go into KL you can buy a return ticket on the KLI Espres train. Cost about 90, 000 RM but gets you into the city in 30 minutes. The only downside this time at the hotel was that the pool at the hotel was undergoing maintenance and closed at 7:00 p.m. I would definitely stay here again on my next time through here."

"Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. Overall good stay though."

"This hotel fully deserves every star. The room might not be huge, but it's perfectly arranged. I love that you can choose between "normal" and "ambient" lighting in both bathroom and main room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has some extras too: mini bagels, cream cheese and smoked salmon or freshly pressed customized juices."

"Terrible service and staff ….. we turned up all roads blocked to hotel had walk up a hill with suitcases then was put in a different room that was booked. But worst of all there was a festival outside hotel which went on until 1am the room room hooked we could not sleep or use the room anytime as was just too loud. The hotel apologised but did not offer any refunds and blamed hotels.com for not letting us know about the road closures and Malaysia biggest festival taking place. "
