Perfect location for business or leisure travelers who visit Jaipur for the first time. Easy to commute to major tourist attractions and restaurants in town. Facilities are in a good condition and services are attentive from the lobby to room service. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of selections for western food but that’s ok if you don’t stay here for a week. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop bar. Great experience overall.

located in chic area, the bfast was ok, spread over large area...facilities are beautiful, staff at hotel relaxed and kind, not stuck up like a lot of hotels in delhi. Jaipur is beautiful. if you have been to india you will fall in love with it, something magical about it. hotel was very clean, tou need a car, or driver, or taxi to grt around but the hotel did not disappoint, would return

Solid choice, would stay again
A solid, clean hotel with friendly staff and reliable accommodation. Room and sheets were a bit worn but clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast and dinner were tasty with wide variety of cuisines. Not a 5 star hotel in my opinion but had everything I needed and I would stay again next time I’m in Jaipur.

It was a three star experience, but I’m giving it two because the price is far too high for the quality of the hotel. Rooms were good enough, but definitely shabby. If you’re facing the main road, you’ll hear lots of honking. Sound insulation is poor. Breakfast was fine. The pool is small. Gym has most equipment you’d want.

We loved our three nights stay here as family of three, breakfast at the hotel was awesome. The only downside about this property is it is 20-25mins away from all the main tourist sites, but because of that you also get peace.

Mandeep in the bar made this hotel for us. Welcoming, chatty, excellent. Mention the driver we had when using the hotel car (sorry didnt get tour name) but again excellent - even stopped by the pink gate near the airport for one last pic. Thats above and beyond!

Good rooms and amenities but food can be improved especially the Buffet in the morning and the night. Being Indian and foodie, I didn't like the taste of most of the things. We had a good meal in the afternoon at the nearby Shyam Darbaar than what we're getting in the hotel.

I would not rate this facility as 5 star hotel I have stayed on several 5 star hotels but the service and facility at this hotel is not at that level If this is a 4 star hotel then it meets the expectation but not at all at 5 star level Check in experience- had two bookings. At the time of check in I mentioned and the representative said it will be taken care but for the rest of two days I get call that you have to check out room Hotel staff confirming the price which I booked so that they can update in system Concierge service very slow and not staffed well. Delays for all activities. Not fully aware of various details. I needed to send one courier but no one at concierge knows about it and said they don’t do it Receptionist had to call few people to get the name of person who comes every day at hotel Bedding and bed sheets not very soft and felt like old blankets with covers from old marriage functions. Those needs to be make better for 5 star level In room dining we ordered food and so oily One day the curry was smelling bad. Food was like local dhabha not at the level I will not stay or recommend if someone is looking for 5 star hotel experience

Not up to the usual Hilton international standards I have come to expect. Was advised at check in that can go up to the rooftop area for finger foods as checked in late in the night. On getting to rooftop Nebula area was advised that closed now and that I needed to come in required dress code. Also needed to phone twice for room service and for housekeeping. Was told that instructions weren’t received first time when I spoke myself to both respected services! Also breakfast service very slow and incorrect orders always from the live stations. Would have been a five star review but let down badly by service generally.
