"In a 25degree weather why would the heating systems be on? And why the AC only works to heat the room?? We couldnt sleep for 2 whole nights!! Thursday night we were able to open the window a bit but on Friday night it was impossible bc of the parties around the hotel that were on for after 12 am. ..."
