"We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station....

"The hospitality is top notch here. This villa has an airb&b vibe. It is not as fancy as other hot spring hotels but if you are looking for a family place that is quiet and relax, this is the place. The front desks were so helpful. We received a binder on where to go, food options, etc. And he even helped us figuring out how to get to our next destination. I will definitely stay here again. "
