He still cannot stop talking about how caring, and helpful the staff were during his stay from check in, to his meals at the restaurants all the way through check out. Everyone had smiles on their face and treated him with such care. A special shout out to Aavantika from concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure my father was well taken care throughout his stay. "The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)"
