Hire new cleaners please!

We were visiting with the family, had booked 3 rooms. The location was good. The lobby, gym and swimming pool were nice and clean.The management staff were very nice and trying to do their best . Special thanks to Cem who was very professional and fluent in English as well. However as I gave feedback to them the cleanliness is appallingly terrible in the rooms! They need to hire a new team for cleaning as their cleaners don’t know how to clean and unfortunately they didn’t look clean themselves either!They wouldn’t put enough towels and they never hoovered. Only used a fluffy mop. We had to buy bleach to clean the showers and the worktops. The management even took a picture to show the cleaners but it still didn’t improve. It is a shame as it’s a nice place with nice staff but cleanliness brings it down completely. It also needs more kitchen utensils, and as it was the cleaner’s duty to check on that I don’t think that would improve as long as they work there.

The room we got had a really bad smell. Then we got transferred to another room next day. The cleaning is very poor. We have to request cleaner and when they come they don't clear properly. The don't leave enough towels and they dont replace toilet paper when runs out. there was no wifi & internet for more than a week. When we ask they kept saying it will comeback next day. But it never did. There is nothing good about the place.

The building is one year old ; however,it lacks suites services . The receptionists are barely speak Arabic nor English . The suite ( 189 ) does not have enough kitchen ware. When we checked in we found the floor dirty with dust and human hair and found the toilet uncleaned . The windows in living room are not all covered with blackout curtains as it is difficult to sleep at night or to take a nap during the daylight. Plus , the sofa bed and cushions are not comfortable.

Nous avions réservé une navette lors de notre arrivée pour nous récupérer à l’aéroport, elle n’est jamais venue. Nous avons donc dû prendre un taxi à l’aéroport pour nous mener à l’hôtel. Lors de notre arrivée, personne à la réception alors qu’il est noté 24/24. Le personnel de la sécurité nous a accueilli mais ne comprend pas l’anglais et parle uniquement le turc. Quelqu’un est venu nous donner la clé de l’appartement qui était complètement sale, sans draps, serviettes, papier WC... 0 communication, personne ne parle l’anglais. De même lors de notre départ nous avions réservé une navette pour nous mener à l’aéroport , encore une fois elle n’a pas été réservée et le personnel de l’hôtel m’a répondu par message : « ce n’est pas mon problème, tu comprends? » Je suis extrêmement déçue du comportement du personnel. Les photos de l’hôtel sont qu’une façade, mais c’est une grosse arnaque. A éviter à tout prix !

The management is worst that i have encountered. We had trouble finding the hotel because they did not register it in google maps, and when we arrived there was no one at the reception. The bed sheets and couch were dirty, there was no proper room cleaning, no telephone in the room!!! Only tissues available were bathroom rolls. No swimming towels, no wifi, this is by far the worst experience for me ever

Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist das die an der rezeption sehr nett waren sogar sehr nett ... wenn wir was gebraucht haben wie Toilettenpapier weil es für 4 leute nur eine rolle gab haben wir es bekommen ....aber wenn 4 personen einchecken sollten auch 4 decken geben nicht zwei aber egal haben wir auch akzeptiert und sauberkeit null nicht mal fürs bad gab es eine fussmatte bis wir handtücher benutzt haben als fussmatten gabs am letzten tag doch mal eine :) sauberkeit null null null das man immer reinigt muss nicht sein aber wenn die gäste gehen elen grund reinigung im leben nicht kühlschrank noch mit kirsch stilen und dreck an den fugen dreck aber auch akzeptiert und selbst sauber gemacht das sagt schon was ich vermitteln will ... dann kommen wir an und das hotel soll aussen und innen pool haben nix von dem hatten wir angeblich wird es repariert oder gewartet wie auch immer das ist frech weil wir genua deshalb dieses hotel genommen haben wegen dem pool aber naja auch akzeptiert muss man ja alles ... also im grossen und ganzen würde ich es nicjtbweoter empfehlen und es ist nicht so neu das hotel wie auf den fotos und sehr abgelegen wenn du wohin wolltest nur mit taxi

The staff were extremely helpful from the boss down and even those who couldn't speak English were resourceful enough the fitness equipment, pool , Turkish bath, steam room , massage room, sauna and shock room ( bucket of cold water overhead ) were more than great.Food can be delivered from local restaurants or even corner shops which are only a short walk away but I understand that the metro is not too far but for lazy people like me I was glad to find that sisli taxi rank is located just outside the building the hotel can also arrange to book any tours you may fancy as you will be notified by their experience team along with the latest in weather reports and activities taking place in Istanbul.Enjoy!!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful there’s more to see than the pictures shown! And it’s super convenient to get around to a lot of places by walking. I’m definitely going back and kindly requesting the same suite we had!
