"Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here. "

Upgraded room was very appreciated. Neha one of the concierges was super helpful and was more than helpful and accommodating.
