"I love the hotel for its aesthetic and charm of asian culture and is situated in the center of the city where you can go to Grand indonesia. The staff there were friendly and I appreciate them for welcoming me to stay. I would gladly stay for another night if I could. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this luxury hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent and there were lunch and dinner buffets if you don't feel like venturing out. The rooms are spacious with amazing views of the city. The beds are overall comfortable and the rooms stay nice and cold. The shower is hot but the water doesn't drain out of the bottom very well. We appreciated the welcome waters and toothbrushes. We needed hand towels and they delivered them promptly. The staff is friendly and helpful.
