Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable, the bed is soooooo comphy, best sleep. It has a washing machine too which is great. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet, the hot food was all cold, I got there at 7am and it was stone cold, the hotel trans studio in bandung does a breakfast buffet way better than this hotel, if they were smart they would send their staff to bandung to observe what their buffet is like and copy it. would still come back though as super comphy hotel.

Fantastic hotel, close to Monas and Gambir train station which was very convenient for us. All staff where very nice, I mention Bella, Dandi & Ravel at front of house. But everyone is very professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant and facilities.

Malls, big things within jakarta were not incredibly close and getting from airport was a long ride. Otherwise room was beautiful, even had small kitchen to re heat or make things as well as laundry which was very effective. I know its a part of the culture but there's no warning about the prayers that are played at random hours for tourists which woke me up many times.
