"Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, from the checkin person to the room cleaners. If youre hiking with snow on the ground, you can rent microspikes & hiking poles at the concierge desk (very helpful if you want to hike fast on hard packed snow). There are nice quiet places to sit with good views on 1st floor near Fitness Center. Would be helpful to put the Fitness Center on the elevator buttons, otherwise a little tricky to find. Also please add a foam roller or 2 to Fitness Center."

"We had a good experience at Banff Park Lodge. They are undergoing rennovations, which didn't impact our stay very much. The room itself was spacious and modern. I think there might be some undone improvements at this time (i.e. Countertop at the room entryway), but that didn't affect our experience. I look forward to finer touches in the future, like artwork on the walls and such. We took advantage of the pool and had a drink at the bar. It was nice! There were two issues to note, however. Firstly, the onsite parking requires driving through a tight back alleyway to get to the garage door entry at this time due to construction. The road is not well maintained (i.e. Potholes and bumpy). Secondly, the front desk was messaging us through WhatsApp during the stay. This was very convenient to ask questions and make requests. On check-out day, I received and responded to their reminder about the check-out time, which they also confirmed recieving my reply. However, 1 hour before check-out, we got an aggressive knock on the door to remind us about the check-out time again. It caught us by surprise because of how loud it was, and also felt redundant. Better internal communication could have prevented this and made our experience better, especially at the very end of our otherwise great experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at night and with the lights in the trees made the whole place look magical. The views were incredible. Low tech was a challenge but we managed. We would have liked to use the game room but it was unbearably hot. Other than that no complaints."

"The place needs a really deep clean. Winter is over and the spring cleaning so needed is just not happening. The people are great and truly helpful, and it is a pretty good location on the strip, but it is loud and there were a ton of parties this weekend"
