"The hotel is really nice the hot tub we enjoyed almost every night we were there! Breakfast is delicious. Cons: Mattresses are so hard I guess some people enjoy those mattresses I do not my friend and I both didn’t sleep well Parking: Terrible. When it’s busy there’s nowhere to park and everywhere around requires a permit. Luckily I arrived after 8pm so parked on a back street overnight and moved my vehicle at 8am to their parking lot to avoid a ticket. We never moved after parking there to avoid losing our parking spot."

"Baker Creek was a great place to stay and only a few minutes from Lake Louise. It is situated on beautiful Baker Creek and truely in the wildreness - no other lodging facilities around it. The cabins are delightfully rustic, but with all the modern touches to make our stay delightful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We much enjoyed the in-room fireplace and the jacuzzi tub in our room. The aroma of the freshly ground coffee given to us at check in was amazing. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel. Excellent room, facilities and good dining choices... we used The Outpost for dinner and the restaurant for breakfast, good choice in both and high quality food. All staff we met were friendly efficient and very engaging. The hotel shuttle to Lake Louise was free, ran regularly and was a much better option than self-driving there"
