"We booked a room last minute on our way to Disneyland. We got a king room with a walk in shower. The lady that checked us in was fine but the lady next to us checking in other guests told them more about the amenities than mine did. No big deal. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pressure of the water in the shower was amazing. They use Dove products for shampoo, conditioner and soap. That was a nice touch. There was a full kitchen. We did not use it but it was well stocked and it would be great for a longer stay. The breakfast was really nice for what it was and the chaos of a buffet near Disney. The staff was doing their best to keep it stocked and clean. They had flavored creamer for the coffee which was lovely and lots of nice options for breakfast. I was impressed. Not a lot of seating but it was fine. We will definitely stay here again and we would for sure recommend this hotel to others. It was a great find."

"beautiful historic building with gorgeous insides. The check in area is beautifully decorated and the process was very smooth. Front desk workers are very nice, helpful and professional. Me and my now husband met for the first time in this hotel almost 5 years ago so we decided to stay at the Biltmore for my birthday and they were so kind to give us a free complementary upgrade on our bedroom. That was the nicest thing and it definitely made the trip even more memorable. we love this hotel so much !"

"Stayed overnight for a soccer match at the Rosebowl and it was perfect for my family of 4. We live about 50 miles away and didn’t want to have to deal with parking at the Rosebowl (which is at least $70 as of the date of this review, then an “11 minute walk” to get to the gates)and then driving all the way back home after waiting 1.5 hours in line to exit the Rosebowl…mission accomplished. The best part was how close it was to the Parson’s Shuttle that drops you off at the Rosebowl entrance. Like at the gates lol. The line wait to get on the shuttle to go back afterwards is significant but it was still worth it. Very good food choices in the vicinity. Highly recommend Prince Street Pizza for dinner/late night eats and then Russell’s for breakfast/brunch!"

"I truly enjoyed the staff, they were very pleasant and helpful. My only feedback is for the owners to address the rooms with damaged areas like the bathrooms. Specifically the tubs/showers, the windows/ blinds and separate toilet area. The bathtub had scratches or marks that looked like dirt. The blinds and the window had old dirt/ stains and the toilet area/room light wasn’t functioning (it would flicker or not turn on even after numerous attempts). I instead just left it on once it worked."
