"Beautiful property with attentive staff, however missing a few marks to be considered a 5 star lodge. A room for 2 only came with 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. The shower needs a floor mat. It is dangerously slippery when wet. Slippers are provided, but no bathrobes. These touches make a huge difference. Handrails along the stairs outside leading up to the restaurant as well as inside our suite were non existent making this another dangerous area. Breakfast was acceptable but dinner most nights needs major help. With the property at the top of a windy road you are captive. The chicken was boney, fish was minimal and sauces were blah. Just our opinion but we were disappointed."

"Such a dreamy resort set in the forest-the most perfect setting which makes you feel like you are in paradise. The room was spacious with break-taking views, the staff were pleasant and food was top rated. The room was clean but not quite to western standards-some small touches would address this. The hotel offers a number of activities throughout the day-this is a great touch."

"Stay was great. But they have included the waterfall in the advertisement but the waterfall was not working. I have waited over 15 minutes. But otherwise, the stay was great. Staffs were professional. The food was very expensive. "

"The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407 which they still haven’t done. "

"Did not use the pool...the staff are friendly. buggy service from lobby to room is good as somebody is on staff at all times. Food is terrible. just go to the nearby hotel and eat."

"Very nice hotel. Great staff, super kind. Not much around so it was quiet besides staff calling me twice asking me if I ordered food while I was trying to sleep."
