"We had such a wonderful experience during our one-night stay at the Jupiter Waterfront Inn. We were in town for a very special occasion, our daughter’s surprise engagement! The hotel staff went above and beyond by coordinating a cake delivery for us. Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn’t have done it without their help. Beyond that, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place with both charm and exceptional service! Can't beat the view either! "

"The hotel is old, and our room smelled terrible. The room smelled of mildew in the carpets and wood furniture. We don't expect luxury when we pay this price for a room. We were just passing through, but I do expect fresh carpets and to feel like I'm in a clean space in terms of air quality. The beds were not comfortable, and the bedspreads were a bit old."

"The room and bathroom was not cleaned very well. Very old, used blanket on bed. Trains and airplanes heard a large part each day and night. "

"The staff was so nice. Everything was amazing. They surprised my daughter with an amazing birthday gift! The only issue is the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be but they did resolve that quickly!"
