"Spacious, clean apartment with plenty of parking. Late check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the harbour. Will stay there again."

"Old, dirty and unkept rooms. The rooms are shockingly dated. Our door was actively splintering at the bottom, and everything came with a layer of dust. The TV can't connect to the internet, and in the year 2026, they actually have the audacity to charge guests for Wi-Fi! We were told the gym was closed at 8pm, but the welcome pack said the “Beachside Fitness” is open til 10pm. Disabling the keycard reader two hours before closing and making guests beg for entry is peak lazy management. Don't bother packing your swimmers unless you enjoy bathing in a biohazard. The pool is unheated and the bottom was completely covered in bird feces. Please avoid, especially if you have small children wanting to swim. The gym is somehow worse. It's basically a sweltering sauna equipped with a violently shaking, broken pedestal fan that only blows air out the sides. The equipment is a lawsuit waiting to happen, featuring an old barbell with no locks for the weights! The absolute peak of our stay was calling in room dinning to ask if they could warm some milk for my 2 year old. We were explicitly told it would "take too long" because they had a massive queue for a wedding. It takes exactly sixty seconds to microwave milk. It is great to know that once the hotel gets their big wedding payout, actual paying guests and their children become a complete inconvenience. If you're not part of a wedding party, don't expect basic hygiene, safe amenities, or a single minute of staff effort. Avoid!"

"I recently stayed here with my daughter from 15–17 May 2026 in Room 219 (Family Queen with 2 Single Beds), booked through Expedia at a total cost of $462.54. The property advertised the rooms as being recently refurbished. While the room appeared clean and tidy on arrival, there were numerous maintenance and safety issues that significantly impacted our stay. The issues included: • Bathroom sink light not working • Leaking S-bend under the sink causing water to spill onto the floor whenever the sink was used • Extremely poor shower pressure, with water running directly onto the bath taps instead of spraying properly from the showerhead • Bathroom floor becoming dangerously slippery after showering — I nearly fell stepping out of the bath even while using the floor mat provided • Toilet flush button continually sticking, causing the toilet water to keep running • Bathroom door difficult to close, with the door stop hanging off • Towel rack pulling away from the wall • Curtains could not be opened during the day because sheer curtains were missing, meaning people from the golf course could see directly into the room • Television would not work • Kettle contained mould or residue and could not be used Unfortunately, the accommodation did not provide the quality, comfort, or facilities that were advertised or reasonably expected for the price charged. After numerous emails to the golf course all they are prepared to do is offer a 15% discount on our next stay, Not recommended"
