However, they sent a vehicle that didn't meet our need. They have rectified it on contacting but the whole situation left us stranded at the airport for a short period."

Ayush, the chef, was exceptional. His leadership skills in making sure everything was arranged for our meals for a large group during a busy time in the hotel was top notch. I have profound admiration for the extraordinary talent and leadership of Chef Ayush. He deserves a promotion and is the person who elevated the experience from excellent to outstanding. "
