Learn more about Hunting Island State Park
Climb to the top of the historic lighthouse for sweeping views of the Atlantic and lush maritime forest. Spend lazy days beachcombing, fishing from the pier, or hiking trails that wind through palmetto-lined paths and marshlands.

Kent who checked us in, showed endless patience, when my friend had inadvertently booked for the wrong night. All ended well thanks to him.
The room itself was ideal for my friend and I to put all our things and both have the space to ourselves.
We enjoyed it. so much we booked our next days stay in St Augustine in the Best Western - hoping it will measure up
Thanks again Kent

What a nice place. The queen suite has a full kitchen and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for the price range. Well done Hilton. Well done.

Just finishing a week long stay in the Charleston area, having spent 3nights in Anchorage 1770. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there, albeit with a few niggles & slightly underwhelming first impression given how positive all the reviews we read before we booked were. Pros: bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Evening cookies were a lovely touch; Porch was beautiful & a peaceful spot to read (when it was set up); Bikes & beach gear helped us enjoy the area; Parking permits...

The appearance from outside reminded us of an old Days Inn but it was certainly so much better inside! The room had everything you needed, was clean, good air con and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and polite.
Breakfast was cereal and banana but some toast would have been nice .

Good location. Staff informative on arrival. Room was clean.
Breakfast looked extremely unappetising, which was a little disappointing and the coffee machine was broken.

Great convenient location on Hilton Head Island where we were attending a wedding. Room standard was very good and a good range buffet breakfast was provided with unlimited tea and coffee all day. Lovely pool and sun beds.
