"The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent—right in the heart of Ximending, with countless restaurants and shops, within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."

"The staff kindly upgraded my room from a standard one-bedroom to an Executive Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for meeting friends. This thoughtful gesture made my stay much more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to the subway from the hotel basement, making it easy to get around the city. Another great benefit is the complimentary parking provided for guests, which added even more value to the stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"Ample space in the rooms. 7-11 right next to the hotel was useful. Proximity to Ximending was ideal. Our favourite part was having two adjoining rooms for our family of four! We got breakfast vouchers and the restaurant was fine, but probably wouldn't recommend eating there every day if you have to pay."
