It is surely value for money. The hotel room is spacious and rare to find a room with 3 sizeable beds. Maybe a bit far in New Taipei City but still, the condition and service worth the distance. Very closed to train, bus or subway station. Nearby residential and can get easy food and others. Great stay.

There were bedbug and the stain on the bedsheet . The table counter has stain as well. The mold over around the edge of the shower room .

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in Taiwan. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a pretty good buffet downstairs for lunch or dinner. The rooftop pool was the best part of our stay. The kids loved it. We found a lot of really good dining options and a few good shopping malls nearby. I would stay again in the future.

The room was clean, silent and spacious. Unfortunately, the front desk was not nice and not helpful at all. Fortunately for the Hilton, the Conciergerie made up for the lack of service.

This property is walking distance from a major hub in their transportation system. So you can anywhere from that point. The hotel staff was helpful amd very attentive. I will definitely come back to this Hotel when I am back in Taiwan.

The hotel was fantastic. It was very clean, modern and very comfortable. Our last day was the day of the earthquake so there was a lot of glitches in terms of use of elevator however we still did not have any issues. I would say that considering how big the earthquake was, the hotel was still in good condition. I was so afraid that it will fall considering that I was on one of the top floors it was very scary but the hotel stood the test of that big earthquake
