The Majestic Hotel

"Quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. Nearest shops and restaurants are about two blocks away. Bus stops are also easy to walk to. Location is really close to the lake -- I recommend taking in the views at Belmont Harbor. The hotel is in an older building that has some quirks, but I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is excellent. I also like the common room downstairs -- very comfy and cozy, with coffee, a shared microwave, and disposible plates and utensils. "

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the temperature in the room was great. The breakfast was okay. The parking ramp cracked me up when going out. It felt like the car was going to flip over or like I was on a rollercoaster ride. "

"Overall, I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean, which is always one of the most important things to me when traveling. Most of the staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The two times I interacted with the front desk, the employees were welcoming and quick to help with any questions I had. There was one front desk staff member who wasn’t the most pleasant, but luckily I only encountered him once. The other staff members more than made up for it with their great customer service. The amenities were fairly limited. There was no room service, housekeeping, or breakfast available, so it’s definitely more of a basic stay. Because of that, I think this hotel works really well for a quick trip or short stay. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again for a short visit, but if you’re planning a longer stay and want more amenities, you might want to consider other options."

"This staff was friendly, rooms were clean but noticed very few details that were missed, nothing too bothersome. Rooms are great in size and decor was very pleasant. Bar was also excellent. Beautiful walking distance to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is also vibrant and safe at night."
