"Beautiful property and after a busy week in Amsterdam it provided a much-needed deep rest. Things to consider it’s about a 20 minute walk to the tram then about a 45 minute ride to get back into Amsterdam Centraal. If you’re planning on visiting the tulip gardens, its proximity towards major roads is fantastic if you have a rental car. Breakfast buffet is good and adequate and needed because they’re not a lot of close by options."

"Hotel exterior is covered in scaffolding and sheets. No view from windows at all and anyway we had to keep curtains closed because of the workers. Some noise from the construction from 8:30am onwards. The curtains didn’t fit, so not much use if you need complete darkness to sleep well. The rooms are soundproofed, but the doors are not. When a neighbouring room door was closed the noise woke me up as I thought someone had entered my room. There was no wardrobe, just some hangers in the corner. Good points: Very nice staff, helpful and cheerful. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great city centre location. "

"Hotel was clean on outside and inside. Rooms were nice and clean. We had adjoining rooms with connecting door. One room had 2 twin beds pushed together but separate covers, which would have been better as a couple if there was 1 cover. The 2nd room was a queen or king size bed and both were clean with a desk area and chair. The bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer. If you are from USA, bring wash clothes, they do not supply those but they do offer several other items such as toothbrush/paste, sewing kit, shave cream and maybe a few other things in case you forgot something. There is not an ice machine or bucket but there is a coffee machine/ kurig, also no refrigerator to keep drinks cool. Thankfully there is a small grocery store connected to the hotel building.(Best prices on wooden tulip bouquets). Staff was super friendly, and for each day you decline house keeping, they provide you with a voucher for 2 drinks at the bar. House keeping is not available at night but the staff ensures you have what you need/want. Breakfast is ok for free, I'm really picky so I didn't eat my I but the other 3 in my party sits. There were eggs, yogurt, deli sliced meats, toast, cream cheese jelly, rolls, fruit, (I may be forgetting some food items) and drinks. I suggest bringing a water bottle to refill as they have water jug at the bar which is free or the morning breakfast staff will fill it with water for you. Very close to transportation which is a big win."

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The location was decent with just a short bus ride into the heart of Haarlem. Would definitely stay here again. "
