"Resort was beautiful & I traveled with family and kids. The resort itself was amazing , clean and large pools & a beautiful little private beach steps away from the pool area! Staff was also very friendly & the mixed drinks at the bar were great! Only down fall is the long wait to check in & the bathrooms of the rooms are a little outdated . Shower head and shower wall had a little mold as they most likely not scrubbed down . Other than that it was a pleasant stay :)"

"This place is grate if you want a relax place. The pool is always empty, the view is amazing, and the amenities are great . I have to mention as well that you get access to a door to enter to the mall , how awesome is that!!"

"We booked this hotel for one night before our flight home from Cancun. Very easy access instructions as doesn't have a reception. It was very affordable and perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and we had soap, toilet roll and an iron provided. I am not sure whether this is the best location for a longer trip in Cancun however it was absolutely perfect for our purposes. Would have been very helpful for a small bottle of water on arrival. Thankyou! "

"I had a great stay at Torre Sofia in Cancún. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered a lot of privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. There are also shops and a pharmacy nearby, so it’s very convenient if you need anything during your stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a vacation, this spot is truly amazing. The only downside was some confusion with fees before arrival. Expedia showed one price, but then the rental team asked to add an additional fee through their app, which was a bit frustrating. However, once we arrived at the property, everything was resolved smoothly. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. "
