"The hotel felt very welcoming and especially Christmassy at this time of year! All if the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
The breakfast buffet was extravagant with plenty of options although I felt £69 was very steep for one adult and a child (who hardly ate anything)! I would have expected this to included in the room price as this was already over £400 per night with additional tax of £21 per night on the chevk out. These 'hidden extras' would make me a bit...
