To be honest I found the property itself to be quite nice, however the traffic noise was at times unbearable. From sirens to motorcycles and hot rod cars racing on Ala Moana all night long into the early morning!

The staff were wonderful. They were helpful and kind. The room was okay. Carpet and ottoman need some love (dirty), Hallway to get to room was dark- needs better lighting. The bed was almost like an air mattress. Not my favorite. The room had lots of outdoor noise. Tried to use air conditioner to drown it out. Bathroom was newer and nice. Room and bathroom were small.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was first-rate in all respects. A little noisy with racing street traffic but that didn't keep me from sleeping. Easy access to meetings at the Hilton Village.

OMG what a cute gem of a place and the staff is amazing and super welcoming. Super convenient and great price. The room was adorable with the bamboo bed. Great place to stay if you are not looking for an ocean view but looking for a place that is great and clean while enjoying Waikiki.

Very cute themed hotel. Staff was super nice and friendly, room was clean and the Lanai was a great feature. Plenty of charm that you just don't get with larger chain hotels. Locally owned makes it even more appealing. Support local businesses and stay here. You won't be disappointed.

The property was wonderful and was in a great spot near the Hawaii Convention Center, as well as not being too far away from the heart of Waikiki. That being said, you can tell the place is in need of some renovations, like the elevator. That being said, I cannot recommend this place enough, the staff were super helpful and kind and make me feel welcome! The other benefits, such as the free WiFi and drink at the in-house cafe/bar was a nice bonus as well. I would definitely stay here again to support this locally owned hotel!

I absolutely loved it. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. All of the staff was incredible helpful and friendly. The bar was perfect. Not wild but a great place to enjoy a drink and chat it up with the other guest and locals. It was wonderful. I’d definitely go back again.

Good value for money. It is not a luxury resort, but we didn't pay luxury resort money. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was fine, kind of on the fringe of Waikiki. Close to the huge Ala Moana mall, which was nice. Man those wild Hawaiian chickens are loud in the early morning, but they are pretty much everywhere!
