"The cleanliness of the hotel itself and the rooms are superb. Housekeeping does everyday cleaning and changed towels, refills tissue and toilet papers daily. There is water refill machine in each De Luxe Rooms. Coffee and Tea were refilled daily as well. Staff are helpful, courteous, and polite to guests. There is everyday breakfast choices whether you want to have buffet breakfast or set room orders. We availed buffet breakfast during our stay and food was extravagant! Disneyland Explorer Lodge was a great choice for families big or small. Getting around is easy and comfortable. Choose this hotel resort and you’ll never go wrong with your decision. I will surely book again to explore more in Hong Kong Disneyland, and also Hong Kong itself."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Chuck & Ms Kiki, two of the staff members, whose sincerity, meticulousness and work efficiency were outstanding and deserve praise and reward from the hotel management. We also want to commend two staff members, one of whom is Ms. Karley Wai, but I forgot the name of the other. They were in charge of managing our room and were very responsible, polite, and sincere in their work."
