"The property is located very conveniently close to the international airport and offers shuttles to and from the airport. They also offer frequent shuttles to the MTR station, making commute to the city center easy. Rooms big enough compared to the usual standards in Hong kong. Excellent staff and service. "My only problem was checkout.... there were a few of us lined up to check out or in.. but they kept taking people who wanted to checkout without lining up.. they just walked up and gave them their cards which still took time. They could have made a line for fast checkout instead of having polite people wait until they get pissed off. "
