"The staff was exceptional in welcoming our group, very informative of the hotel layout. Pool, hot tub and sauna all great. The morning staff was aware of outside conditions and gave safety advice. The breakfast was delish, great way for a send off! Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Didn't feel very welcoming from the front desk staff. TV access in room was confusing and a call to the front desk proved that i had a reason to be confused...so were they. Then breakfast, albeit free, was gross. Items were empty and instead of staff managing the food containers, she was simply standing and talking to the front desk. Then acted annoyed when it needed to be managed. Just not that great of a stay. "

"Room was nice size but stains and things not clean. Exterior door not secure to get into building did not lock. No continental as they advertised. But restaurant next door was great food. "
