Joan and his family take extremely good care of their guests. They provided good advice and arranged everything I needed during my visit to the area. The breakfast was incredible. The room was very nice as well.

This was truly a wonderful place to stay. The room and bathroom were very spacious and impeccably clean. Every morning, Joan’s family prepared a homemade breakfast that was delicious and thoughtfully done, with fresh fruits every day. The hosts were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. The location is also excellent. Very close and walkable to all the restaurants in town. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would happily return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place if you are looking to stay in Tam coc area. The rooms are big, spacious, clean and air-conditioned as well.

We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised !

Really good homestay in great location near the lake/centre of town in Tam Coc. The owners were lovely & helpful. They even took us to the pick up point for the overnight bus south. The breakfasts were great too. Highly recommend 😊

This homestay was lovely - the facilities were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the family were very helpful and way more attentive than we expected! Definitely stay here if you are looking for something chilled. The main street for Tam Coc was only 10 meters away.

THE BEST HOMESTAY I have ever stayed in! Jawn and his family was the most lovely. When we arrived in there, they were so welcoming and kind, giving us fresh fruit and iced tea regularly. They gave us lots of recommendations on things to do in the area. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and so clean. Breakfast was delicious too. 10/10 stay we loved it!!
