The room was magnificent and the staff truly outstanding — attentive, warm, and always willing to help. There are just a couple of small adjustments that would make the stay even better. The toilet area could use more privacy, as it’s entirely glass and doesn’t offer much discretion. A simple solution like frosting or a curtain would greatly improve comfort. Also, the room included instant coffee among the amenities, but there were no mugs, cups, or a kettle to heat the water, which made it difficult to actually enjoy it. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few details that, if improved, would make it perfect.
