四樓洗澡水壓較小，洗澡水溫度不是很熱，電視是智慧電視配上電視機上盒，原本有兩支遙控器，但是可能怕客人不會使用，所以把電視的遙控器收起來了，建議是否配在房間內配置遙控器操作說明，不然可能無法體驗電視的服務，目前我是自己手動把電視開關打開，但是也摸索了一陣子，在使用遙控器操作機上盒，但整體而言，這間飯店我還是很推薦的。簡單，乾淨，清潔，價格合理。

這間旅館我也是第一次入住，這次單人住402房，乾淨整潔，機車有地下室可以停車，住宿環境也很安靜，相較胡志明市區的飯店來說是安靜許多，沒有吵鬧的人聲與汽機車聲音，早晨可以很舒服的睡，晚上室外吵雜聲音較多，隔音不好，但這算是越南飯店的通病，地點位於第七郡，需要對旅遊的人來說是比較不方便，出入可能都要有機車或者計程車接送，但實際反應在房價算是便宜的價位，負擔並不會太重，晚上十點多洗澡無熱水，可能需要在注意，附近也有很多餐廳可以選擇，對我來說除了地點比較偏遠，洗澡沒熱水之外，其餘都是在可以接受的範圍內，冷氣與網路都很正常，也有Smart TV，算是不錯的旅館，有機會的話我會在去入住。

nice stay for long term
everything is good but one night there was so many ants on the bed even went into my ears while sleeping. I will still choose the place just remind them to pay attention the detail.
