"Very good room, easy access to the pool and restaurant. Confortable king size bed, balcony view to the garden. The pool are is a little bit quiet but in the pool bar area the music and drinks was very good and all the staff very friendly and polite. The only thing that was out my hand was the limited pool chairs available, we need to wake up early to get two pool chairs or in the beach area, the hotel maybe need to purchase some pool and beach chairs because this situation was not right because customers were worried about that issue while they are on vacation is no wort. Another situation was the restaurant availability within do reservations was impossible for my husband and I have decent dinner because every time we went to try to eat the restaurant schedule was full until last hour 9:30pm and at that time we were able to go to bed! I thought is better to have reservations for restaurant availability. In general was a good option for Christmas vacations and definitely we could to come back! "

"We stayed at El Beso at Ocean El Faro and overall had a good experience. The resort is very large and offers a lot to do, with a fantastic entertainment team that really makes the atmosphere fun and lively. We stayed during NYE in a Junior Suite with a rooftop, and the room itself was spacious. The AC system and ceiling fan worked very well, which was much appreciated. That said, the room could definitely use some renovation. We didn’t have the hanging chair shown in the photos, one of the sinks was leaking, and the USB charger didn’t work. Our butler, Carlos Enrique, was very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to fix the sink. The USB still didn’t work, but we found a workaround. Carlos truly stood out—he was very helpful with dinner reservations, daily communication, and any requests we had, which made our stay much smoother. The Blue team at the pool was excellent and kept things energetic and fun throughout the day. The pool area itself was enjoyable, though it could have been cleaner at times. Overall, despite a few maintenance issues, we had a good experience thanks to the service and entertainment, and we enjoyed our time at the resort."

"My husband and I would love to go back here again. We had a swim-up room, which came with VIP check-in and a butler. The service was outstanding. The food and drinks were delicious. The resort is easily walkable and well-maintained. It felt luxurious and even smelled good! The pools and beach were relaxing. We enjoyed the spa and hydrotherapy area. We definitely recommend it for a relaxing sun vacation. "
